Halifax Hall/The Edge: Both venues are located at Endcliffe and offer free parking to delegates.
Inox/Diamond Building/Octagon: Located on The University of Sheffield’s Central campus. The University tram stop is a short walk with direct links to Sheffield Train Station which is six stops away.
The M1 & A57 are very conveniently located & provide easy access from all areas of the UK.
Sheffield Train Station provides convenient connections from all UK regions. Please ask about our pick-up service from the train station.

The University of Sheffield’s Conference, Accommodation & Events facilities are available every day of the year; with bespoke, contemporary & flexible spaces for meetings, training, networking & dining etc. available at numerous locations we undertake to understand every element of your event so as we deliver & surpass on every critical business expectation.
Halifax Hall Hotel offers 38 beautifully designed bedrooms along with five meeting rooms, all situated in its own grounds & beautiful gardens along with complimentary car parking & EV charging points. The hotel is available for exclusive residential meetings.
The Jonas Hotel provides 79 contemporary bedrooms & three modern & functional meeting rooms, all available with plasma TV screens & complimented with free wifi. Also at Endcliffe is The Edge providing meeting space for up to 350 delegates, dining, exhibition & recreational spaces along with a bespoke registration area which can be branded for client marketing messages etc.
With three Master Chefs of Great Britain food is central to everything we do; providing nutritious, healthy, energy-providing, tasty & wonderful breakfasts, lunches & dinners makes our conferences & events truly memorable. With a full understanding of the sustainability requirements of all clients we provide food with the environment, food provenance & sustainability central to our ethos.
Inox provides contemporary & flexible meeting spaces along with extensive AV facilities to ensure in-person, hybrid or digital meetings are delivered perfectly. The adjoining Discovery Suites provide perfect views over the city & are a magnificent backdrop for all events. A convenient walkway joins Inox to the Octagon Centre in which conferences for up to 1,500 delegates can be held.
The Diamond Building, with seven tiered lecture theatres can hold a maximum of another 1,500 conference delegates along with a central atrium for exhibition facilities.
Further spaces for informal meetings are available at the Heartspace Building & within the newly built Social Sciences Building, the latter to be completed by Easter 2023.
