Aberystwyth University is the oldest University in Wales, bringing a rich history with alongside our modern facilities. Our dedicated conference team are ready to help bring your event to life.
Our dedicated Medrus Conference Suite accommodates up to 250 delegates and boasts spectacular views of the town and sea. We have breakout rooms, catering and social space all under one roof.
Aberystwyth Arts Centre is part of the University and available for private hire. The Great Hall can accommodate up to 980 delegates, Theatre 290 and cinema 120, as well as the communal and gallery spaces.
Countless additional spaces are available outside of term time, with lecture rooms accommodating up to 347. All our spaces include AV equipment as standard.
Budget accommodation is available year-round in our Bunkhouse. During the summer months, thousands of bedrooms are available including budget, ensuite and premium ensuite options. All our accommodation is just a short walk from our event spaces.
All our catering is provided in-house with our expert team, with a full range of options from simple basics through to indulgent banquets.
