Location and transport information

We are located in the heart of the UK, and supported by an exceptional transport network, allowing easy access for both national and international delegates. We are based at the University of Warwick which lies on the outskirts of Coventry, 3 miles from the city centre.

  • Easily accessible from many major routes: M1, M6, M5, M42, A5 and A14
  • Regular buses from the University campus to Coventry city centre and rail station. Taxis are freely available at the bus terminal
  • Coventry is on the West Coast Mainline and serviced by regular trains, 7 days a week

Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we are based just one hour from London by train.

Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates 3 training & conference venues on the outskirts of Coventry. Our central location makes us easily accessible for those travelling from the north and south, whether it be air, road or rail.

We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 – 1,200 delegates. With a range of spaces to choose from, you can present to up to 130 people in our tiered lecture theatre or use one of our creative meeting spaces for a more homely, relaxed environment. Our three training and conference centres, Scarman and Radcliffe are all complemented by hotel-styled accommodation and award-winning catering.

Our exclusive use venue, The Slate is a flexible fully open, flat space, that can be personalised in any way.

Our spaces are available all year round and we even offer bespoke weekend packages, tailored to your needs and budget. There’s plenty for your delegates to do throughout their stay too. Set within 700 acres of rural parkland and surrounded by lakes and relaxing outdoor spaces, the university campus also offers a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants.

We also offer virtual and hybrid event solutions. Our audio and visual conferencing solution includes all the equipment you’ll need to effectively connect and collaborate remotely, whilst maximising the experience, output and interaction of your session. There are a number of hybrid packages to choose from depending on your requirements. The equipment is set up and supported by our in-house team and suitable for a wide range of meetings, training sessions and seminars. Packages include – small hybrid meetings, The Owl Boardroom at Radcliffe, hybrid presentation spaces and crewed spaces.

As well as a world-class Sports and Wellness Hub, offering a comprehensive collection of sports facilities, including swimming, gym, climbing wall, squash and tennis. There plenty waiting to be explored nearby, including the historic towns of Stratford –upon-Avon and Warwick.
