Location and transport information
We are located in the heart of the UK, and supported by an exceptional transport network, allowing easy access for both national and international delegates. We are based at the University of Warwick which lies on the outskirts of Coventry, 3 miles from the city centre.
- Easily accessible from many major routes: M1, M6, M5, M42, A5 and A14
- Regular buses from the University campus to Coventry city centre and rail station. Taxis are freely available at the bus terminal
- Coventry is on the West Coast Mainline and serviced by regular trains, 7 days a week
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we are based just one hour from London by train

Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates 3 training & conference venues on the outskirts of Coventry. Our central location makes us easily accessible for those travelling from the north and south, whether it be air, road or rail.
We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 - 1,200 delegates. With a range of spaces to choose from, you can present to up to 130 people in our tiered lecture theatre or use one of our creative meeting spaces for a more homely, relaxed environment. Our three training and conference centres, Scarman and Radcliffe are all complemented by hotel-styled accommodation and award-winning catering.
Our exclusive use venue, The Slate is a flexible fully open, flat space, that can be personalised in any way.
