With access to two modern university campuses a short walk apart, their bespoke meetings and training centre (the Fielder Centre), specialist locations and local business links, UH Venues is your go to for meetings, events, exhibitions and filming in and around Hertfordshire.
UH Venues’ campuses offer an extensive array of both traditional and contemporary venue options with bright and open exhibition spaces. All classroom facilities have state of the art audio/visual equipment and flexible layouts. Campus wide Wi-Fi, single en-suites and beautiful green, wooded areas just 22 minutes outside of London.

Location and transport information
Both campuses and the day meetings venue are perfectly situated for travel. Hatfield is linked by two major motorways, the A1(m) and the M25. They also offer free onsite parking at all venues.
Travel by Public Transport
Hatfield is located 22 minutes from London Kings Cross making Hertfordshire ideal for delegates travelling from the capital and looking for some fresh air. All the sites are a five to seven-minute drive from Hatfield Train Station.
If travelling within Hertfordshire the venue encourages delegates to make use of the local bus services offered by Uno and Arriva.
Travel by Plane
There are National Express Coaches from Luton, Gatwick and Heathrow airport which all stop at the Hatfield Galleria (a five to ten-minute walk from either campus).

Flexible conference and event space: From showcase plenary sessions in our 440 seat Weston Auditorium to getting your team of ten around a table to thrash out a marketing plan, UH Venues have your event covered. With a mix of workshop rooms, lecture theatres and informal meeting spaces it makes them a great choice for a wide range of events and conferences. Their 2020 vision accommodation project has also ensured they have plenty of green space for summer BBQs and relaxation.
Pre-set and tailored menus: Various catering options are available from gala dinners to youth menus and working lunches offering value for money and a flexible approach, listening to the needs of their organisers. The two campus restaurants are complimented by several branded outlets and interesting network spaces.
Summer accommodation: There are up to 1,200 single en suite bedrooms on the de Havilland Campus and 1,600 brand new or refurbished en suite rooms on College Lane. They are an ideal venue for group travel and youth groups.
Facilities: The wi-fi is provided by The Cloud across all the venues, and modern easy to use conferencing AV in the classrooms. Free parking is included in the day delegate rates.
Unique spaces: UH Venues has worked hard to build up a bustling location portfolio for filming. Through their new Business Development Manager, UH Venues now works with local businesses to establish location opportunities and find the right spaces for directors in the local area. A mock crown court, mock hospital ward and ex-commercial science laboratory are some of the most popular.
