Situated in the stunning parkland campuses of Roehampton University, just a five minute bus ride from Barnes mainline station with direct links to London Waterloo and Clapham Junction and five minutes from the A3.
Regular bus services from Putney, Wimbledon and Hammersmith which all have underground stations to central London, only 15 minutes away.
Within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airport and have a number of car parking spaces available on site.

Elm Grove Conference Centre: Offers guests two floors of meeting space The Oak Suite that can be split into three separate rooms boasting 98” plasma screens for presentations, touch screen controls for sound and floor to ceiling windows with views over landscaped gardens and courtyards. Positioned either side of the Oak Suite are two boardrooms holding up to ten delegates perfect for smaller meetings or breakout spaces. Moving up to our top floor the Lime Tree Suite offers guests the chance to look out over SW15 and the City of London, a perfect space for catering, networking or exhibition area. If guests are looking for somewhere to stay overnight we offer 30 bedrooms within the conference centre. All rooms are en suite and come with the standard hotel amenities.
During the weekends and summer months Roehampton Venues also have two Grade Listed properties that can be hired. These offer a selection of meeting space as well as outdoor area's suitable for a range of events from summer parties, fun days and evening dinners.
Grove House: This beautiful Grade 2 listed georgian villa retains many original features including the splendid wooden panelled portrait room hosting up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. The Terrace Room, with a wall of french windows leads out onto our picturesque gardens and views of the lake is perfect for pre dinner drinks. The grounds down by the lake are a stunning setting for summer parties and team building events.
Parkstead House: An iconic Grade 1 listed 18th century villa, offers a unique mixture of traditional meeting rooms and modern lecture theatres seating up to 300 guests all set around the backdrop of Richmond Park and vast grounds excellent for teambuilding and away days.

Please can I express my enormous thanks to you and your team for all your hard work yesterday. The venue and set up was brilliant The Oak Suite was a great room, bright and light and the three screen were perfect everything worked so well! I must also tell you how well received the lunch was!! I don’t think I have ever had such good comments about the catering before! Lots of positive reviews. So fresh, delish range and I ate well and as a vegan that is almost unheard of!! So a massive thank you from all of us at the LTA British Tennis. We will be back.

Holding our event in the Tulip boardroom and Lime Tree Suite I felt extremely well supported by the venue space. I loved the venue itself, really beautiful spaces, high quality equipment and stunning views. The food at lunch was truly scrumptious and when we needed more coffee it arrived quickly. But the best thing was the staff. Danielle and her team were just great - warm, friendly, efficient and not intrusive, they were there for us throughout the day. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

The Roehampton Venues Team supported us very well indeed and the service on the day was top notch. Whenever we needed anything or help it was provided. We were all very impressed with the venue. The Oak Suite was perfect for what we needed and the AV system very simple to setup and control throughout the day. Many guests commented on how nice the venue was. With the large glass windows it creates and light space to work in. Location was very handy with Barnes station down the road and bus routes stops right outside the venue.
