Conveniently located just one mile from the city centre, Oxford Brookes Venues benefits from having local and national bus routes stopping directly outside the main entrance. Situated within easy reach of the M40, there are excellent transport links via road, rail and express coach.
From London there are two direct coach services (X90 and Oxford Tube), both running every 10-15 minutes during the day, dropping you off right outside their venues. The train station is just two miles away with regular bus services running from the train station and the nearby coach station at Gloucester Green.

Meeting and Lecture Spaces
Oxford Brookes Venues offers a range of contemporary and flexible meeting spaces and lecture theatres able to seat two to 500. Opening in 2018, the Sir Kenneth Wheare Hall has added a new, flexible space to their portolio, boasting an area of 420sqm and able to seat up to 500 delegates.
All rooms come equipped with audio-visual facilities and technical support. A variety of social spaces and free wi-fi throughout provides the perfect environment for informal breakout sessions and networking opportunities for delegates. From a small meeting to international conferences and everything in between, they are confident that its right venue for you.
Catering
They are proud to work with local suppliers to source the very best seasonal produce and are committed to sustainable food practices. The venue offers a range of catering services to compliment any event, from meeting room breakfasts and lunches to three course gala dinners. They know their food will be one of the highlights of your event.
With six catering outlets across the campus, each with its own style and menu including a dedicated vegetarian and vegan café to a restaurant serving classic British fare and world cuisine. These can be an interesting alternative to delivered event hospitality.
Accommodation year round
Scott House offers 24 single en suite rooms throughout the year with access to a shared kitchen. Guests have access to pay as you go sports facilities at Brookes Sport including a swimming pool and fitness suite.
Based just three miles from Oxford City Centre, situated outside the western ring road, the accommodation is well connected to Oxford city centre by bus.
Accommodation in the summer vacation
From June to September they are able to offer additional ensuite bedrooms at Clive Booth Postgraduate Centre located just 500 metres from their largest event venue.
