Keele University Events and Conferencing venues provide a location that inspires, excites and leaves a lasting impression. We have an impressive range of conference and events spaces for small team meetings to events for 600 delegates. Choose from one of our contemporary campus venues during Easter and Summer vacation, or for a year-round venue delegates will be welcomed to the magnificent Grade II listed Keele Hall set amidst 604 acres of leafy landscape.

Location and transport information
Keele is located between Junctions 15 and 16 on the M6, and is just west of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. The venue is halfway between Manchester and Birmingham.
For SatNav users please use the University postcode ST5 5BG. Once you are on campus follow the directional signage, parking on campus is complimentary and they provide you with a parking permit.

Meeting and event spaces that inspire
Campus: Delegates can take advantage of the modern campus facilities on the picturesque campus, which features nine lecture theatres (hosting 80-400) and 37 seminar rooms, perfect for breakouts or smaller meetings (hosting 8-100). In addition, a large 612sqm exhibition suite and restaurant all under one roof. Available during the Easter and summer vacation.
The Denise Coates Foundation Building, Smart Innovation Hub (SIH) is located on the University Enterprise Zone adjacent to the new Courtyard by Marriott Keele. The SIH offers our first Harvard style theatre for up to 62 people, 2 boardrooms complete with video conferencing a fantastic open atrium and much more.
Keele Hall: In contrast to these modern facilities is the 19th century Grade II listed Keele Hall, surrounded by acres of woodland and immaculate gardens. The Salvin suite offers ornate features including grand fireplaces, beautifully sculpted and painted ceilings and fantastic views of the gardens. This venue is also available all year round.
Accommodation: Campus accommodation is available during the summer vacation. Bedrooms are split into various accommodation blocks around the campus all within easy walking distance to the main facilities. We have 1,200 ensuite and a further 200 standard bedrooms using shared facilities. Each bedroom has plenty storage and desktop workspace.
Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire: Now you can stay too! Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire opened in February 2021 within the Enterprise Zone of the Campus offering 150 bedrooms, Scholars restaurant, bar, Starbucks, and a fitness centre. Delegates are able to stay year-round at the hotel and there are a range of new residential conference packages to meet at Keele Hall and sleep at the Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire.
Sports and Leisure: For leisure or sporting purposes they also have a fantastic sports centre which includes a 3G pitch, beach volleyball, sports fields for football, rugby and cricket and tennis courts. Overnight delegates can also use the gymnasium and kinesis room. You can also make use of the 570sqm in each of the indoor sports halls for large conferences or exhibitions.
AV Technology: All venues feature state-of-the-art AV and technical support as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The events team offers a complete support package, which includes the development of a total event booking management service. They also offer complimentary parking for all delegates.
We pride ourselves on our enhanced technology and forward thinking, launching a range of Hybrid Events and Virtual Streaming Packages to conference organisers planning their future events.
Facilities on Campus: Conveniently located at the centre of campus are a variety of outlets which include a convenience store, coffee shop, newsagent, post office, pharmacy and cash points.
Out and About in Staffordshire: A fantastic location to explore the local area with a variety of attractions close by, these include Alton Towers, Emma Bridgewater, Trentham Gardens and Cannock Chase.
