A team of talented University of Exeter chefs returned from the prestigious annual University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) Competitions at Warwick University last week with an impressive five awards – more than any other institution represented at the event.
Following months of preparation, the team secured bronze awards in the Love British Food, Best Burger, Sandwich, and Vegan challenges, alongside a silver award in the highly competitive Chefs Challenge category.
