November saw the launch of University of London Venues’ new Hospitality menu, in partnership with Gather & Gather. Gather & Gather is an innovative hospitality service, known for its dedication to sustainable food practices.

Through their involvement with both the Future 50 Foods and Go Less Waste initiatives, as well as a handy carbon calculator for our menu and seasonal food choices, sustainability is at the core of everything Gather & Gather do.
