Hillscourt Hotel & Conference Centre is proud to announce Primrose Hospice as one of its chosen charity partners, marking the beginning of what promises to be a meaningful and long-lasting relationship with one of Worcestershire’s most cherished local charities.

Located in the heart of the community, Hillscourt has built its reputation on creating welcoming experiences for guests, delegates and visitors. Earlier this year, the hotel strengthened this commitment by achieving Gold Level Neuroinclusive Venue Accreditation through Welcome Brain, recognising its dedication to making hospitality and events more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

The partnership with Primrose Hospice reflects Hillscourt’s ongoing commitment to supporting organisations that make a genuine difference to local families. Throughout the year, the Hillscourt team will work alongside the hospice, organising fundraising events, raising awareness and building lasting relationships that benefit both organisations and the wider community.

Tammy Clinton, Centre Manager at Hillscourt Hotel & Conference Centre, said:

“We feel incredibly privileged to be partnering with Primrose Hospice. Having recently visited the hospice and seen first hand the care, compassion and support they provide to local people and their families, we have an even greater appreciation of the incredible work they do. We’re also proud that our receptionist, Lee Reizlein, volunteers her time at the hospice, which reflects the caring values we hold as a team. We look forward to supporting Primrose Hospice and helping make a positive difference in our community.”

The partnership is particularly meaningful for the Hillscourt team, with Receptionist Lee Reizlein already volunteering her time at Primrose Hospice, providing hypnotherapy as an alternative therapy to support those using the hospice’s services. Her dedication perfectly reflects the caring values shared by both organisations.

Lee Reizlein, Receptionist at Hillscourt and Volunteer at Primrose Hospice, added:

“I absolutely love volunteering at Primrose Hospice I feel extremely privileged to be able to give something back to those in need at such trying times, it means so much to me. If I can bring comfort, reassurance and a smile, it’s worth every minute.”

Hillscourt’s commitment to inclusion, community and exceptional hospitality continues to shape its approach, ensuring that every guest feels welcome while helping make a positive difference beyond the venue itself.
