Stop Falling Down the Venue-Search Rabbit Hole at AVR 2026
Finding the perfect venue shouldn’t mean having 20 browser tabs open, endless email chains and no clear idea which space is right for your event.
That’s why Academic Venue Solutions (AVS), in partnership with Space Meetings and Events Ltd, is bringing the Academic Venue Roadshow (AVR) to Keele University Events & Conferencing on Monday 7th September 2026.
Sponsored by KDM Events, AVR 2026 will bring together a hand-picked collection of the UK’s premier academic venues under one roof, giving event professionals a simpler, more enjoyable way to discover new spaces and build valuable connections.
Discover a different side to academic venues
Academic venues offer far more than many event organisers expect. From impressive conference facilities and flexible meeting rooms to distinctive event spaces, beautiful surroundings and extensive residential accommodation, they provide inspiring options for events of every size and style.
At AVR 2026, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what these venues can offer and meet the people who can help bring your next event to life.
There’s no cold outreach, no endless back-and-forth and no need to guess which venue is right for your brief. Instead, you can expect:
- Speed networking with trusted academic venues
- Beautiful and distinctive spaces to discover
- Residential and conference facilities that may surprise you—in the best possible way
- Meaningful conversations with venue decision-makers
- New connections that could lead to valuable long-term partnerships
Because the best partnerships rarely begin with a spreadsheet.
